Leadership

Leadership is not just the position we take or at, leadership is the fulfillment of the task we are overseeing. How rational are we in our leadership? Should rationalism be defined according to our religious perspective on how best understanding of the problem facing our organizations is?

Leadership is not just to lead but to lead to a promising future. Something that makes our team and those outside our team find excitement to join the fight we see.

Leadership is the expression of effectiveness, directive, and collaborative. What do we mean? As leaders in leadership roles or positions, we should be effective.

Effectiveness

Effective with our promises, team interests and the future of our organizations to reach their goals. The future to effectiveness comes when there is a bridge to drive on and that bring is presented as hope for many to be uplifted from their condition or reach a result of their lives. We cannot expect change or more from our team if we are not reaching the result of hope and a desirable future.

Directive

Where are we going and what is the future where we are going? It is the biggest concern of those who work with us. How can we leaders make others see the picture of their future within our directions? Should we direct the future by ourselves, or should we create a collaborative means that leads to that direction? There should be collaborations and interests being considered to reach the promise of our directions.

Collaborative

What are we considering in our collaborative groups? Are we just rushing to finish the projects or are we learning our strengths and weaknesses? How effective are we in being curious to learn the future of those in the collaboration?

How are other views considered? or heard? How do they feel when we make decisions, and do we consider what we say has effects on our collaborativeness? As leaders We should build a collaborative team who are able to express their personal struggle and how we can be a better help just by considering their views.

Collaboration is not just about joining to finish a project but learning everyone within the project circle. Collaboration is the key and most important way to understand others' interests and work effectively with them on the journey that betters everyone's interests at the end of the project.

Leading with Promise and Hope

However, to bridge the gap in leadership failure around us, we must look for the future everyone can see and work towards. And that promise is in the hope everyone is promised to find their future. As we all know, hope is what unites people and brings all ideas to one’s work.

What hope are we making our team and organization see when we are overseeing them? Do they just see us as leaders with strong faces or leaders who express empathy in our face?

What do we mean by decisions? Why and when should decisions be made suddenly?

As leaders, every change is possible and there is much work needed as we journey on this professional path for change and reforms of our global society. I think this change starts with a better human resources strategy to bring not just employment or drive growth for the organization but to set standards that put collaborative interests at the center for innovation over individuality.

With innovative collaboration strategy over individuality strategy, we can level the plane to make people understand the power of interpersonal relationship and empathy of their society and how they too can participate in this distractive and collapsing corporate society of self-interest.

I think there is a better and forward way to achieving this prospect as this leadership aligns with our team and others’ dreams and perspective towards change.

One thing we should remember as individuals given leadership, we will not always keep to commitment on projects mostly when we are overloaded with family and life issues. Should we be judged for one failure to our commitment, or should others understand our cause of the failure? This is the rational part of making good decisions and improving our organization and teams who work with us.

Management

When management shows up in our work lives, some run from the responsibility while others suppress the process and few set examples for change. Management is not to manage others, but the work done by others. We have projects and tasks that must be met, what are we managing? The people or the task or projects. As we build in our minds, we are managing tasks and projects, we create a much more suitable future for others to work and grow with us.
