As transformative or effective leaders, we must be driven to achieve effective change. Change is not a result of grand gestures; it's achieved through small steps influencing larger scales. We must have a clear objective for those who trust in our promise. Every step we take is a commitment to fulfilling that promise for our society, nations, and world. We must envision the future through their suffering and create a path of certainty to address tomorrow's challenges.
We were born to be agents of change, not simply to witness it. When our work is effective at the grassroots level, we empower others to move forward. We must not just address issues ourselves; we must empower everyone to contribute to solving them. This creates a diverse system that achieves a unified goal.
We must bring people into leadership positions. We must allow people to see and feel the need for change from their own perspective. Sometimes, we mistakenly believe that protests are the only way to achieve change. In my experience, I have never relied on protests. Instead, I focus on influencing the process of change. When our values are stronger than the cause, we have full control over the cause. Our actions must be effective in driving change, starting from the bottom and influencing the top.
As effective leaders, we should enable others to find their own path forward, inspired by our actions and their own aspirations.
