How do we become leaders of effective change? What is the foundation of being a true leader? Effective leadership starts with effective change, not just participating in it. Change that is part of the race, not a participant of the race. Because whoever creates the race, controls the future of prosperity and the steps of every decision.
Our future as true leaders, we must not watch history overtake our future, we must participate within the movement of effective change from or as a history. True and effective leadership is not how smarter or intellectual we show up. It is how effective our move defines the future.
Remember in any move of change, there are victims within that move. Whether it is fighting poverty or whatever cause. We are subject to restore the future of those victims and give them a sustainable and accountable future. We must not just make promises or research causes for publications. We must invent our concept and make it known through concrete steps and measures.
As true and effective leaders, our responsibility is not huge if we make everyone participate within the drive of change. The path to effective accomplishment is everyone being a meaningful participant.
However, in an approach to engage change, we must not just adjust to the condition we or the people we lead faced. We must reengineer the condition into prosperity and effective result. This way, we become inventors and impactors of effective change in history, not participants after the invention.
To reach this path of change, we must build a mindset of reformative steps. That everyone sees themselves as an effective participant.
Change is small steps to influence larger steps. Change is a sustainable and reliable action and decisions. Change is we can shape today’s challenges into a prosperous tomorrow. Change is effectiveness from the bottom, influencing the top.
Within a diverse culture or society, we must make change inclusive. Meaning reachable to make sense for everyone understanding. Because if everyone understands the essence of the change, they will give their best-self.
To be a true leader, you must start with an effective change. There are no set traits to true leadership. But by the effectiveness of the approach and an inspiring collaborative environment that is driven by a sense of purpose where everyone is a participant of the approach.
